"I Night" is the new release by experimental artist Katie Gerardine O’Neill who has recently taken Dublin by storm. O’Neill uses reel to reel tape, field recording, live instruments and software to make beautiful, textured ambient art. "Dual (Song for the Sky)" features sodden pads and crisp vocals while "Autobahn" has a racetrack feel to the drum pattern. On the title track; "I Night", Katie reads/sings an excerpt from "Stigmata: Escaping Texts" by French writer Hélène Cixou over a strained fiddle.
